Carol Heikkila has served as our Ministry Assistant in the office since April 1, 2005. She loves her job serving and ministering to the church family and others that come through the church doors, helping our pastors, and most importantly, fulfilling the call of God on her life for ministry. She has been a Christian since she was 13.

Carol has been married to her husband Chad for 15 years and they have two teenagers, Brendan and Chloë. They have all been members of Airway Heights Baptist Church since March 10, 2002. Carol and Chad serve in the Youth Ministry and teach the New Believers Sunday School class together. They are also involved in various other ministries.

Carol has a Bachelor's Degree in English with an Emphasis in Technical Writing from Eastern Washington University and is currently working on her Ministry Assistant Certification from LifeWay Resources.
